Reopened folder or new folder?

Hi everyove!

A member told me that the Fan Art 3 folder is full, so I decided to create a new folder. But when I checked I found the Fan Art 2 Folder not full, so I decided to reopen it.

Please try to submit there, if the problem continues please tell me and I'll create a new folder.
