A Few Reminders and Contests: May

Hello happy AnimeLovers Group Members~ As we go through submissions to feature your artwork I just would like to leave you with a few friendly reminders~

The "Fan Art" folder requires that your art is categorized as "Fan Art/ ...  / ... " here on dA for us to accept it.  You can do a "Fan Art/ Anime and Manga / ... " We count Fan Art as anything that is owned by a published artist and does not belong to you.
Going along with that, no Fan Art should be submitted to the "Original Art" Folder.  Fan Art is art, drawn by you, of characters that don't belong to you.
Now I bet you are wondering what goes in the "Fan Character" Folder then.  An OC of yours that belongs in someone else's universe, like Naruto OCs, DBZ OCs, even MLP OCs are Fan Characters.
Okay, now where does this leave other people's OCs that you draw?  Those go in the "Original Art" folder~
Nudity.  We've been getting nudity submissions and our rules clearly state NO NUDITY Even with a restriction warning, it's still denied.  So it would save everyone time if you did not submit it.  
We don't accept non-finished work or line art.  This doesn't seem to be too much of an issue but it still pops up from time to time.
Another thing we have been getting are people requesting critiques.  We admins don't critique.  We just skim through everything and make sure it get's to the appropriate folder.  Now if we do critique someone's work, it's because we chose to do it as ourselves as deviants and not as Admins of this group.  So if you would like your art critiqued, please go to a dA group that actually does critiques.

Please be sure to look at brush up on the rest of the rules to make submission review easier on us admins. Now on the next order of business~
